We are so excited for you and your child to become a part of Little Eyes Daycare! Here is all the information you will need to inquire about our facility. Please fill out the forms and send them back to us at your earliest convenience. There is either a digital form or a downloadable packet for you to choose from. We will look through your paperwork and get in contact with you as soon as we possibly can. 

• $145 per week for 6 weeks to 16 months old
• $130 per week for 16 months to 5 years old
