Program Leader
A program leader will be the head teacher in our classrooms. They will have the correct qualifications and experience to be able to implement lesson plans and directly report to our administration. Program leaders will be designated an age group of children but may be asked to switch on occasion to accommodate different needs.
Program Aide
A program aide will be a part of everyday classroom activities. They will work directly with our program leaders assisting with anything they may need. Program aides will be properly trained to take care of each age group of children as they will be asked to be flexible with what age group of children they will be assisting with on a daily basis.
Food Service
The food service provider is in charge of preparing and serving two snacks and one lunch per day for all children in the daycare. They will also be in charge of making sure the kitchen area stays clean and sanitized. This position may also be asked to take on the responsibilities of a program aide as well.
